Here is a list of answers for questions that we get asked frequently:

Q: Is there a charge for a service call?
A: Yes there is. Depending on the location and time of the breakdown, the service call charges may differ.

Q: What other charges there are?
A: Fuel charge per km added for each service call. As well as, 3.6% transaction fee on every purchase using Visa, MasterCard & Amex.

Q: Do you charge by the hour or by the job?
A: Most common PM services and repairs are flat rate charge. Call us for road breakdown service rates.
Q: Do you provide warranty for parts and labor?
A: We do provide parts and labor warranty of 90 days or 5000 kms, whichever comes first. We do not provide warranty on used or customer supplied parts.
Q: What method of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, cheques, email transfer, Visa, Mastercard & Amex
Q: I need a brake job. What is the earliest time I can schedule it?
A: Contact us for our schedule availability.
Q: Can you do an annual inspection in my yard?
A: As a mobile service provider we are prohibited by law from conducting any annual inspections outside of motor vehicle inspection station. However, we will gladly refer you to one of the MVIS registered shops we work with.
Q: Do you provide tow services?
A: No we don’t. We only provide maintenance and repair services.
Q: Can you repair everything on the spot?
A: This strongly depends on the type of a breakdown and the location of a breakdown. For example, if your truck’s fan belt breaks, we can replace it on the spot. However, any more complex break down, such as failed turbo, or breakdown on the road/highway will require the truck to be towed to a safe spot due to safety reasons.
Q: Do you provide tire service/repair?
A: No, we don’t deal with tires.
